Phoenix Maid Services is closely monitoring COVID-19 (corona virus) and the impact it is causing in our area. The safety and well-being of our customers is our top priority in these unpredictable times. We have and will continue to accommodate new measures as released by federal and local governments and prioritize cleaning and sanitation of our regularly recurring customers. As a small family business, we are able account for personnel and are able to reassure our customers that preventive measure are being taken by each team member. Day to day work has been adapted to incorporate and closely follow guidance set forth by federal government, Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and other health agencies.

 

Preventative Measures being taken (at work):

  • Cleaning of hands with soap for at least 30 seconds regularly

  • Use of gloves (new set for each member for each home)

  • Use of N95 masks

  • Sanitation of Vacuums, brushes, buckets, and chemical bottles in between homes

  • Practicing social distancing maintaining 6 ft distance with residents in homes

  • Cleaning Products in stock, avoids having to make trips/ordering new equipment/chemicals

  • Regularly scheduled customers already have their own set of cleaning rags/cloths, customers who don’t rest assure our sanitation process is effective and you may also request your own set

  • Customer screening: known customers who travel are being screened to make sure they haven’t been in contact with infected persons or near a hot-spot. Phoenix Maid Services is also not currently taking in new customers as a safety measure for out current customers.

 

Preventative Measures being take by our members (at home):

  • Strict stay at home order, only one person out to buy essential products

  • Social distancing

  • Regularly washing hands

 

We encourage all our customers to reach out to us if you have questions before your appointment and if you are unsure of having our team in your home. We are here for you and are willing to take further precautionary actions if requested. We will continue to closely monitor the situation surrounding the COVID-19 corona virus and act accordingly.

As a reminder of what we provide during each cleaning we have prepared the following:

  • Our team uses a sanitation solution all over you home, all surfaces are wiped, including light switches, doorknobs, outlets, drawer/cabinet handles and frames. All surfaces are wiped down, and there is an extra concentration applied to commonly touched areas.  

  • Bathrooms toilets, sinks, showers and kitchen sinks are sterilized with bleach mixture or a non-toxic disinfectant for septic systems.

  • Our team makes sure to leave lose items: remotes, coaster, toys et. in their place or rearrange them to make sure living areas look presentable in doing so those items get wiped down as well.

  • Floors are vacuumed with Triple stage HEPA filtration vacuums, carpet brush rolls are cleaned and sanitized after each home, hard surface brushes are wiped down and sanitized before/after each home

  • All our cleanings end with a trough mopping of your floors, marble and ceramic floors get washed with soap before the final mop.
